Why we built it
Junior Golf Is Usually Set Up to Fail.
Team Elite exists because of five specific problems with the way junior golfers are normally coached.
Lessons Too Far Apart
An hour at a time, with weeks in between for good habits to drift and bad ones to settle back in.
Practice Without Feedback
The hours between lessons are where improvement is supposed to happen — but without feedback, they often just reinforce what is already there.
A Climate Disadvantage
Juniors in warmer states practice all year and arrive at tournament season with a head start our players never got the chance to match.
Fittings Without Context
A generic process run by salespeople who know nothing about a young player's history, growth or how they are being coached.
Nobody to Measure Against
Juniors need to see up close that they are just as capable as the players shooting low scores and earning scholarships.

A team environment develops individual skill and camaraderie at the same time. Players learn not only from their coach but from each other, and practicing together builds the discipline and work ethic that comes from pushing toward something as a group.
The competitive side sharpens mental resilience and strategic thinking, which is what tournament golf actually asks for. It also teaches teamwork, communication and sportsmanship — the things that outlast a junior career.
