Welcome inside the Profectus Golf studio in Nashville, Tennessee. I’m Errol Helling. Here at Profectus golf, we’re always worried about how the ball is flying, not so much how your swing is looking. We’re different in that we don’t prescribe a particular golf swing for any particular player. In golf we’re trying to control where the ball goes. Does it curve too much or too little? Does it end up on target? How far does it go? These are the things that really matter to whether or not you score well. So while good players often have very similar looks some PGA Tour players would have had their swings ruined if they would have taken golf lessons being told that they need to look a particular way. Take Jim Furyk for instance, one of the best players in the history of the PGA Tour. His swing would not hold up to many golf swing video analysis sessions. So no particular golf swing is the right one. The right golf swing is the right one for you that allows you to control the ball so you can shoot better scores and enjoy your game.
