You catch a bad lie near the green and you do something like this….?
You chunk it, leave it short and make poor contact?
Next time you catch a bad lie in the rough,
you need to remember a few things:
Play the ball forward, in front of your shirt buttons.
Put some flex in your front knee.
Touch your front knee with your glove hand.
Grip down near the metal.
Make a sharp swing into the ball.
Let the club head pass the hands and make the grip end of the club point at your belt buckle.
You do that stuff, and you’ll be popping it
out on the green and saving par in no time.
