This is your recap of Henry’s fourth lesson. Starting with swings early on the number one thing that was new is we talked about where his head is. And where his body is going to be able to control where this club bottoms out. So when we make a backswing before we see the head shift off the ball. And now if you shift this far off the ball, you have to shift equally as much and more towards the ball to make good contact. So in future swings, I’m standing in here I’m holding the rod get your head. So that we can try to keep our head fairly centered and we don’t have to shift as much. If we do that, we also want to be thinking about not letting our knee rotate too much on our backswing. So we keep our weight in our instep our knee won’t rotate and give you something to push off of like a pitcher. Throwing a fast ball. So when you get to the top and we’ve got our weight on the instep and our head centered, now we’re pushing our hips while keeping our heads steady toward the target. Now we just want these hips to go this way. And that should take care of making our club bottom out in front of the ball. That’s what we’re trying to do. When we come down to impact we don’t wanna be trying to look at the ball. And try to manipulate, right here we would like to see your eyes start searching for the ball and having your head rotate toward the target and that’ll help you create that that low point in front of the ball.
